ELECTRIC JACK....And here's a really great thing! It fits right into the standard universal jack mounting hole on your trailers' standard hitch ball receiver. There's no cutting, boring, welding or anything requiring tools except that one wrench to remove the screws holding the old knuckle buster manual crank.
