We will rebuild your part as soon as it comes in and ship it back to you with UPS Ground shipping at no additional charge. UPS 2nd Day air and UPS Next Day Air are also available.

What if your part is  not repairable?

It is very unlikely that your part is not repairable, but it does happen. If your part is unrepairable we will contact you immediately to give you your options. We can either send the part back to you, or upgrade you to a replacement part at a discounted price. We are honest, check out our feedback.

Is your part covered?

This auction covers ANY Chrysler vehicle with a gasoline motor from 1996-2003. The Chrysler makes include Dodge, Jeep, Eagle, and Plymouth. Your part should look like one of the pictures shown below. (computer cases vary from model to model, your case may look slightly different)

We are able to rebuild diesel parts, but the turnaround time may be longer and the price will be different. Give us a call or Send us a message for details.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment. We also accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. To pay with a credit card, choose "credit card" as your method of payment and call Toll Free 1-888-664-8787 or 954-983-4948 with your credit card info, eBay user name, and item number.

After placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address attached to your eBay account. The e-mail will contain a link to the Auto Computer Exchange repair form. WARRANTY INFORMATION
After the repair, your part will be covered by a one year warranty. The one year warranty covers your part from failure and damage EXCLUDING collision and flood damage. If the part is damaged due to an electrical short in your vehicle, you may be subject to additional charges. Please verify that your wiring harness and other components are in good condition before reinstalling your part. This warranty does not cover shipping charges for any claims, buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

This auction is for US and Canadian customers ONLY. Canadian parts will be returned via Unites States Post Office (USPS) Express for $30. If you are located outside of these regions, send us a message or give us a call and we will try our best help you. Our international phone number is 001 954 983 4948.


SHIPPING TO USA CUSTOMERS
We offer FREE UPS GROUND return shipping to the lower 48 US states. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air service are available at checkout. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are subject to a $29 surcharge for Ground shipping and $20 for Air shipping. Upon request, customers from Puerto Rico may also choose to have their orders shipped one-way with USPS Express mail for $29, the same price as the surcharge (follow the same guidelines as Canadian customers section below).

SHIPPING TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

We will ship your part to Canada via United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail for $30. We can also ship to Canada with UPS or DHL, please contact us before buying for more information.

If your repaired part does not work, you may send it to us so that we can retest the part. If the part tests bad, we can either go over your part once again or we can give you a FULL REFUND minus shipping and handling. If the part tests good, your vehicle may have other issues that need attention. If this is the case, we will not refund your money and you may be responsible for shipping charges. We will never leave you hanging, if your vehicle has other issues we will offer free technical support from one of our experienced technicians.
