Very inconsistent product
I like this stuff because its cheap but it has got to be the most inconsistent product on the market. Ive gone through a few gallons of it and one gallon settles out in a day or two and is like stirring molasses. The next gallon never settles and the vicocity is all over the place. Figure on mixing it 4:1:2 just to get it to spray. It also gums up the sandpaper something fierce on some gallons but not others. Wet sands just fine but dry sanding is a tossup whether you can do it or not. I like this stuff because its cheap but it has got to be the most inconsistent product on the market. First coat sealer
Easy sand and I can put bondo over the epoxy. Then I can finish finish sanding with a polyester or urethane primer. Last I can put a last coat of epoxy as a sealer then I can finish paint

Great price, Very good coverage, sticks well. It does need to be thinned out with Laquer thinner or a similar product to get it to spray through a 1.4 mm tip gun. (4-1-1 ratio) I have been spraying paints and primers for over 25 years, and am Michigan state licenced for automotive paint repair, and this epoxy is as good as any I have ever used. This includes PPG. I personaly have used 3 gallons of this, and will continue to in the forseeable future. Great price, Very good coverage, sticks well.
