Mild Steel Mandrel Bent U-Bends

U-bend- 2-1/4 inch dia. Tube 4 inch radius

Very consistent diameter maintained throughout radius of u-bend for improved exhaust or air flow. Great for making or repairing headers and full exhaust systems as well as air intakes and intercooler ducting for turbo and non-turbo applications. Wall thickness' are between .051 and .060 and they are not aluminized which results in better quality welds and no need to grind prior to welding. The radius listed above is measured from ceterline of tube to centerline of tube. Straight portions of u-bends (legs) range from 6" to 10"
