Quality Guarantee:

All wheels are guaranteed to be straight, true and in the condition noted in the description of the item.  If you feel your merchandise did not meet this standard, contact one of our sales professionals at 248-542-2768 to discuss your problem and solution.

Limited Warranty:

Detroit Wheel and Tire offers a 1 year limited warranty against finish defects for all refinished wheels. In order to recover under this warranty, photographic proof of any / all defects must provided prior to placing the merchandise on your vehicle.  Upon showing a defect in the finish that was caused by our actions, we will replace your item at our cost. 

Return Policy

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), contact us at 248-542-2768 to arrange return of your merchandise.  If exercising the Money Back Guarantee, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  If exercising the Accuracy Guarantee, we will cover the cost of shipment in order to rectify the problem.

Money Back Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us, at your expense, to receive a refund of your purchase price.  The item must be returned within 30 days and must arrive back at our facility in the condition in which it was shipped.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to exercise this guarantee.

Accuracy Guarantee:

Detroit Wheel and Tire guarantees we will ship the item as described in the auction.  In the event an incorrect item is shipped, we will cover all shipping expenses to rectify the problem and get you the correct merchandise. 

Refund Policy:

All refunds will be issued in the form of a check made out in the cardholder’s name.  Refunds are mailed within 3 to 5 days of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.  Payment of refunds in a method other than a check may be arranged by calling 248-542-2768.

You Mount Them, You Own Them Policy:

Please be aware that should you choose to install any wheels and / or tires on you vehicle, you forfeit all rights afforded to you under our Money Back Guarantee policy and your product cannot be returned.  The 1 year limited warranty against finish defects will still apply.

Please send PayPal payments to sales@detroitwheelandtire.com. We will only ship to verified PayPal addresses.

Credit Cards/Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We will only ship to the address associated with the credit card. If your card is billed to a PO Box, please call us at 248.542.2768 to arrange shipping to an alternate address. Please use our customer checkout to pay with your credit card.

Sales Tax: A sales tax of 6% will be charged to all orders placed in Michigan.

Fitment Issues:

Please verify fitment prior to purchasing your merchandise.  We are NOT responsible for fitment problems upon receipt of your purchase.  If you have fitment questions, please email us at sales@detroitwheelandtire.com and we will assist you as much as possible.  Emails are answered regularly, but response times vary. 

Domestic Shipping Terms:

All items purchased are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.  Listed shipping quotes apply to the contiguous 48 states.  We do NOT ship to APO’s.  Many items normally ship within 2 – 3 business days after payment has been processed.  Should you require faster shipping, please contact us as 248-542-2768 and we can provide you with faster shipping options.

International Shipping Terms:

We will ship your merchandise internationally via FedEx or UPS and have shipped to over 60 different countries.  Please contact us at 248-542-2768 prior to ordering for an international shipping quotation.  All import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Local Pickup:

You are welcome to pick up your merchandise at our warehouse located in Madison Heights, MI.  Please contact us at 248-542-2768 to schedule an appointment so we may have your item(s) ready for pickup upon arrival.  6% Michigan sales tax will be added to all items picked up at our location.
