All automotive electronics are believed to be in perfect working order unless specified in the item description. We also offer technical support for any of our products via email. SHIPPING:

We only ship to physical addresses. Our shipping cost for most small to medium size packages in the Continental 48 States is $13.00, this cost will increase with larger and heavier items. This $13.00 cost includes a $4.00 handling and boxing charge. This charge pays for our boxes, our tape, and our quality packing materials. We will always combine shipping for you, sometimes we can ship multiple items for the price of one. All items will have a tracking number or a delivery confirmation number. Many items will be insured at our discretion with no additional charge to you. If your paypal address has a P.O. Box address, please update the address with a physical one before making payment. UPS WILL NOT ship to a P.O. Box.

ALASKA, HAWAII & OUT OF COUNTRY SHIPPING:

The price posted in the auction is for the 48 States Only. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, your shipping costs may be slightly higher. Due to many requests we will now ship overseas and to any Country in the World. For shipping to any other country that requires a customs form please go to the United States Post Office website and get an estimate from our Zip Code: 21158. Please add $5.00 as a service fee for all out of country shipments. We require that insurance is purchased as well for any package that needs a customs form. Due to the large volume of emails requesting overseas shipping quotes, we do not quote anyone before the auction ends, we only quote the winner. We ask that you go to the USPS website to get a ballpark estimate before bidding. Take your best guess on the weight of the package, and add the USPS cost + Shipping Insurance + $5.00 to figure out your shipping charges.

DISCLAIMER:

Understand the definition of a used or previously owned item. These items may show signs or use, such as wear, chips, scratches, dings, etc. Some used items may be in outstanding condition and may look new. If our description and pictures do not provide you with all of the information that you would like about the item, email us so we can answer your questions before you bid. If there is an apparent problem or defect in an item other than signs of normal use, it will be disclosed in the discription. Examples of apparent problems include scratches, tears, missing pieces, holes, broken clips, etc. If we sell a wheel cover, we will be sure that all of the mounting tabs are on the back before we list the auction. It is then your responsibility to read the description and look at the pictures to judge the condition of the item. If there is a curb scrape, it will clearly be shown in the picture. It is your responsibility to ask all questions and read all of the information provided to you before you bid. All sales are final. If we list an item that states it will fit a Toyota Camry, it is your responsibility to look at the picture and make sure that it is the same as the part that you are replacing. Many automotive parts were made with many different colors and shades, For example if you have a tan interior and need a replacement armrest, our auction may state that our armrest is tan. However that does not mean it will match your car. There may be 4 different shades of tan made in one particular year. If you have a 1995 Ford Explorer and you are looking for a console lid, our auction may state "This console lid was removed from a 1995 Explorer XLT." If you drive a 1995 Ford Explorer XLT, this particular part may not fit your vehicle because you have a different trim package which has a different seat, which has a different console. There are many variations in color, size, and shape of a part, so be sure to check your application before you bid. We will not give you a refund if you buy a part that does not fit or match your interior. Understand that some items may or may not be dirty from storage. If we are selling a taillight, it may or may not have wire harnesses and/or bulbs. If it has bulbs, we cannot guarantee that they work, we are only selling a good used taillight assembly. If a wire harness is shown in the pictures, then it is included. Consider bulbs and harnesses as "extra" unless the auction states that the taillight comes with a fully tested wire harness, clean sockets, and working bulbs. If we are selling a parts car from a junkyard, do not expect the vehicle to be road worthy. Expect a vehicle that has been parked in a junk yard for several years with rust and damage, but some useable parts that you may need. We are not a dealership and we do not know exactly what all of our parts fit, if you are unsure of something, call your local dealer or ask a professional before you bid on something you don't need. Please use common sense when bidding and do not forget that we are here to make your transaction a pleasant experience.
