1 - Buyer must be 18 years of age or older to bid on our auctions.

2 - All items are sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED or IMPLIED and may contain defects not immediately detectable .The purchaser will bear the entire EXPENSE of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist and / or may occur in the vehicle unless the salesperson promises in writing at the time of the sale to correct such defects. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description ,authenticity ,genuineness or defects herein ,and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness ,imperfection ,defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.

3 - Any PARTS or SALVAGE vehicles must be towed ,trailered or hauled from our location.

4 - Buyer hereby acknowledge that the dealer has disclosed to me ( BUYER ) before I agree to purchase said vehicle that it is possible that said vehicle has sustained paint and bodywork. The extent of any paint and body work ,if performed on this vehicle is unknown and was performed prior to being purchased by or traded-in to us ( JACKS USED CARS ).I the BUYER further acknowledge that I am satisfied with the current condition of the paint and body work and that no oral representations were relied on by me the BUYER in making my decision to purchase this vehicle.

5 - A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200.00 will be due within 24 hours of the auction close and is PAYABLE thru PAYPAL only.

6 - The remaining balance will be due within 7 days of the auction close and the best payment method is CASH IN PERSON at time of pickup.If item / items are not picked up within 14 days of the auction close there will be a $ 10.00 a day storage fee charged and must be paid in full before any item / items will be released ( NO EXCEPTIONS ).All we ask is if you are the winner of the auction is to PAY for it and PICK your item up in a timely manner.If any PAID for ITEM / ITEMS are not picked up within 60 days of the auction close the ITEM / ITEMS will be RELISTED and sold to the highest bidder.If the BUYER / PURCHASER has not picked their ITEM / ITEMS within the 60 days they will lose all of their monies that they have paid.

7 - NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL MONIES HAVE CLEARED ALL BANKING SYSTEMS WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS OR LONGER.

8 - NO PAYPAL FOR THE BALANCE OWED ON YOUR PURCHASED ITEM.

9 - The winning bidder would have the option of rejecting their purchase upon first seeing it in person in any way,but that the buyer would have the right to refusal with no NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES and that the BUYER would lose their DEPOSIT.

10 - If you are a new buyer with zero or have feedback under 10 you must get in touch with us before you bid or your bid will be canceled and reported to EBAY ( NO EXCEPTIONS ).NO BID RETRACTIONS or REFUSALS ARE ALLOWED ON THIS AUCTION.

11 - The buyer should understand that a vehicle being sold with SALVAGE HISTORY might include but not limited to one or more of the following : COLLISION DAMAGE ,FIRE DAMAGE ,FLOOD DAMAGE ,STOLEN VEHICLE ,REBUILT VEHICLE ,HAIL DAMAGE ,FRAME DAMAGE , A PARTS VEHICLE or MECHANICAL FAILURE.

12 - At the time of pickup of the buyers purchase buyer must furnish us the following :COPY OF BUYERS DRIVERS LICENSE ,PHONE / CELL NUMBER ,PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

13 - If you do not want to furnish us this info or you do not want to abide by our terms then please do not place a bid.

14 - Seller recommends that the buyer inspects the item or have someone inspect it for them before they place a bid . Please schedule your inspection or pickup of your item 24 hours in advance.

15 - Tennessee residents must pay the applicable sales tax .Out of state buyers will be responsible for any taxes in their own state .Whatever the final price is at the close of the auction and it meets our reserve that is what you will pay plus any taxes or title and tag fees ( NO EXTRA CHARGES ).

16 - Buyer is responsible to read and understand all of the terms stated in the listing and hereby acknowledges that he/she has READ ,UNDERSTANDS and ACCEPTS the provisions stated in listing for the above vehicle. It is the BUYERS responsibility to have thoroughly inspected the described item and to have satisfied HIMSELF/HERSELF as to the condition and value and to bid based upon their judgment solely.

17 – This vehicle is currently for sale on our lot and may be sold before the auction is ended .Therefore we reserve the right to end the listing if the reserve has not been met or if the vehicle is no longer available for sale and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation or closure .

18 – All vehicles offered for sale are PRE-OWNED and are SOLD AS – IS condition .I/we assume no responsibility for any REPAIRS that were made prior to the sale of this vehicle .I will not make any repairs nor will I/WE pay you for any repairs after the sale .

19 – I/we bear no liability and shall not be held harmless for any complications ,expenses or damages resulting from a failure to meet these terms as they have been set forth and established herein .I/we will also not be held liable for any future damage or lawsuit for and as a result of selling said vehicle in AS IS condition .

20 – SMOG ,EMISSION TESTING and VEHICLE SAFETY INSPECTIONS for REGISTRATION purposes are the responsibility of the BUYER and WE CANNOT GUARANTEE the VEHICLE to pass IN STATE or OUT OF STATE testing .

21 – PLEASE DON'T BUY ON IMPULSE LOOK AT THE PICTURES LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID

22 – Will this vehicle drive home ?? SALVAGE VEHICLES MUST BE HAULED OR TOWED TO THE BUYERS LOCATION . ALL NON-SALVAGE VEHICLES CAN BE DROVE HOME UNLESS IT IS STATED IN THE LISTING THAT IT CANNOT BE DROVE TO THE BUYERS LOCATION .IF A VEHICLE IS STATED THAT IT CAN BE DRIVEN TO THE BUYERS LOCATION I/WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL MAKE THE TRIP WITHOUT SOMETHING HAPPENING TO THE VEHICLE THAT ME OR ANYONE ELSE CAN FOR SEE .

23 – Any vehicles 10 years old or older will have the miles marked EXEMPT.
