Please make contact with a customer service representative before returning your item!  If you do not, this return policy may be invalid.

We accept returns and exchanges in excellent condition within 30 days. We cannot accept parts that have been installed or altered.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for opened items.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. Items which come under a warranty from Parts Highway are subject to the terms of that warranty above the terms of this return policy. 

Returns will be accepted in exchange for refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be made in the same method payment was made in. In order to receive refund or exchange, you must first make contact with a Parts Highway customer service representative, who may ask questions regarding your order in order to determine the type of return appropriate. 

Please do not return a package without first making contact with customer service; we may ask you to return to a different location than listed on the label, or arrange return some other way.
