1 X Face Gauge that fits CBR600 F41 01-06 Yellow

Installation instructions:

1.    Remove your gauge panel.

2.    Unscrew the Phillips screws on the back.

3.    Open the gauge case.

4.    Push your needle clock way (let the needle stop by itself).

5.    Mark the stop position of the needle on the inside panel of the gauge.

6.    Put some tape to protect the stock face plate.

7.    With a flat screwdriver pull the needle out.

8.    With a small Phillips screwdriver remove the two Phillips screws.

9.     Place the stock face on a table and press out the needle stopper.

10.  Re-install the new face gauge.

11.  Push the needle back in place, remember the mark that you left before on the gauge, if it is not correct you use that mark for starting point.

12.  Sometimes when your gauge are in place your needle can be wrongly set up. If it happens, you must re-open your gauge and place your needle back. I recommend that you plug your gauge before re-installing completely your gauge assembly. Just a simple thing to save you ½ hour of precious time.
