New fatboy rear fender which fits 2000-2006 Fatboy/heritage.It is vivid black and comes with new wiring/Strip with fender PPG is the paint i use and clear is PPG also.DBU9700/2000 deltron is paint code and will match harleys vivid black perfectly.First i put expoxy primer and then 2k urathane primer ,sanded smooth and then put seal coat on then I put 3 coat of vivid black on ,wet sand it then put 3  more on. Then 3 clears/Dried and wet sand and 3 more  coats of clear than wet sand with 1200,1500,2000,2500,3000 paper then buff out. This fender sells for 250.00 not painted PLEASE check hd dealer for yourself
