HISTORY- BOUGHT THE CAR IN EARLY MARCH 2009 FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. THE CAR WAS RE-PAINTED IT'S ORIGINAL CHAMPAGNE COLOR IN 1992, THE OWNER NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER SO IT WAS LEFT TO SIT IN HIS BARN CLOSED UP FROM THE WEATHER FOR 16 YEARS! I PURCHASED THE CAR, PUT THE CAR BACK TOGETHER MADE IT MECHANICALLY SOUND, ADDED NEW TOP, NEW VINYL SEAT MATERIAL, NEW CARPET AND DID MUCH TLC TO THE CAR.

EXTERIOR- BODY IS VIRTUALLY RUST FREE ONE SMALL RUST BUBBLE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER FENDER IN THE CORNER (PICTURED BELOW). UNDER BODY IS VERY SOLID HAVE PICTURES OF THE FLOOR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE. ROCKERS ARE VERY SOLID. NO RUST IN THE WHEEL WELLS ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND SHOCK TOWERS ARE VERY CLEAN. FOR A MICHIGAN CAR THIS IS SUPERBLY SOLID. ALL CHROME ON THE EXTERIOR IS IN PERFECT SHAPE NO PITTING OR DAMAGE. BUMPERS ARE VERY CLEAN. GRILLE IS IN GREAT SHAPE. SPECIAL SIDE MOLDINGS ARE ON THE CAR WITH BROWN ACCENTED TRIM MOLDING THAT IS IN NICE SHAPE. SPECIAL EDITION WOODEN LUGGAGE RACK IS IN BEAUTIFUL SHAPE. ALL LIGHTS ON THE CAR ARE IN GREAT SHAPE DRIVER TAIL LIGHT HAS A MINOR CRACK. PAINT ON THE CAR IS 16 YEARS OLD BUT LOOKS GREAT MINOR SCRATCHES HERE AND THERE, IF THE CAR WAS WHEELED AND WET SANDED PAINT WOULD LOOK VERY GOOD. TOP IS BRAND NEW AND LOOKS GREAT. DRIVERS MIRROR IS NOT BROKEN IN ANYWAY. WINDSHIELD IS ORIGINAL HAS VIN# ENGRAVED IN IT, NO CRACKS. ALL EMBLEMS ARE IN NICE SHAPE ONE OF THE ANNIVERSARY PLATES IS MISSING BUT ALL OTHERS ARE THERE AND STATE #83 OF 1000 CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF FIAT/PININFARINA.IRON CROSS WHEELS ARE IN NICE CONDITION.

INTERIOR- TO START SEATS HAVE BEEN REDONE IN THE ORIGINAL COLOR. THE FRONT AND BACK PIECES ARE NEW THE SIDE PIECES ARE ORIGINAL, I DO HAVE THE ORIGINAL FRONT CARPET. CENTER CONSOLE IS IN NICE SHAPE HAVE BOTH VENTS FOR IT, FIVE SEED SHIFT PATTERN IS STILL THERE, HEAT CONTROL AND KNOBS IN NICE SHAPE, CHANGE HOLDER FOR IN THE BACK OF CENTER CONSOLE, WOOD AND SHIFT BOOT ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. RADIO, COURTESY LIGHT, HAZARD LIGHT, LIGHTER IS ALL THERE. POWER WINDOWS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION AND SWITCHES ARE THERE. DASH IS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE BUT HAS A CRACK IN THE PASSENGER SIDE (PICTURED BELOW) MAP HOLDERS, DOOR PANELS, STEERING WHEEL, REAR KICK PANELS ALL IN GREAT SHAPE. EVERYTHING THAT SHOULD BE BROWN ON THE CAR IS BROWN (DOOR TOPS, MAP HOLDERS, STEERING WHEEL, AND DASH) ARM RESTS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. ALL LIGHTS WORK INSIDE. SPEEDOMETER WORKS, TACHOMETER WORKS, CLOCK WORKS, FUEL WORKS, AND TEMPERATURE GAUGE WORKS.NUMBERED 83 OF 1000 PLATE IS INTACT BELOW SEAT/BELT, EX GAS SENSOR LIGHTS. ALL CHROME INSIDE, SILL PLATES, AND CAPET SILL PLATES IN GREAT SHAPE. INTERIOR IN THIS CAR IS ONE OF THE NICEST ONES I'VE SEEN IN A FIAT I WOULD SAY ITS IN PRISTINE SHAPE EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD EXCEPT THAT ONE DASH CORNER CRACK.

MECHANICAL- CAR RUNS SWEET 4CYL 2000CC FUEL INJECTED ENGINE STARTS AT THE TURN OF THE KEY. TRANSMISSION SHIFTS NICE, AND CLUTCH FEELS GREAT. BRAKES FEEL GOOD AND HAVE BEEN BLED. MOTOR HAS HAD THE RADIATOR REPLACED, ALL FLUIDS CHANGED, NEW OIL PAN, NEW OIL FILTER, GAS TANK/LINES CLEANED. NO LEAKS. MOTOR IS THE ORIGINAL ENGINE 78,000 ORIGINAL MILES. STOCK EVERYTHING EVEN EXHAUST. THE CAR RUNS AND DRIVES DOWN THE ROAD GREAT. WILL NEED TIRES. THOUGH RUBBER IS THICK IT WAS ON COLD GROUND FOR 16 YEARS THEY ARE GOODYEAR EAGLE GT'S. ALSO WILL NEED EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE REPLACED. I HAVE FACTORY A/C UNIT FOR THE CAR BUT IT'S NOT ON AT THE MOMENT BUT WILL COME WITH THE CAR.
