All shipping originates from FL 33759 zip codes and is done via USPS parcel post or FedEx - WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES except to PR, HI, AK, VI, FM, AE &  AP. Insurance and or handling fee is required on all purchases…!!!!!! We pride ourselves in packaging however, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping it will be subject to the shipping company claims process that can take several weeks. Refund is issued as soon as the shipper reimburses us. We file all paperwork – just notify us. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note: International Shipping is exclusively via USPS EMS (3-5 DAYS EXPRESS SERVICE it’s not the cheapest but is the most reliable and is track-able), Oversized or heavy items to Canada are shipped via UPS – Ground no exceptions

Returns:

In the event that a return is agreed upon, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including screws, bolts nuts bulb holders, etc.  Electrical parts are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
