• You can also submit a credit card number in place of the core charge, but it will be charged if the injectors are not returned within 15 days.
• You can also send your cores to us prior to shipment of the order to avoid payment of the core charge.  

Why do I charge a core charge when others claim not too?

Well let's examine how a core works. If a supplier claims not to charge you a core, but doesn't give you adequate time to return the cores, are they really being up front with you? Most of our rebuild items are sold exchange, and you are required to return your old unit. In order to insure that we have all cores returned in a timely manner, we charge a deposit, or core charge until the old unit is returned. With Diesel Care you have 30 FULL days to return your old units (when prepaid), not 15 or 10 days like some of our competitors Cores must be complete and "as is" off the engine. Furthermore, they cannot have been in a fire or damaged in an accident. Other than that, all cores charges are fully refundable. If you desire, you can send your old unit prior to shipment of you order, and the core charge will not be charged.

The core charge is not added into the amount, why is that?

Some customers choose to send in the cores prior ot shipment of the orders. For this reason we have instructed Ebay and Paypal NOT to include the core charge when giving a final payment amount. If this is what you are planning to do, simply run a copy of the Ebay order and send it in with the cores so we can match it up with our Ebay sales order. All orders will be shipped the next business day after cores are recieved.

How do I pay the charge then?

This charge will need to be added into "Sellers other charges" portion of the paypal payment.You can also choose to contact us via telephone and pay the core charge directly with a Visa or Mastercard. If a payment is recieved with out the core charge paid, it will be assumed that the cores are going to be shipped in prior to us shipping the order to you.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

 Diesel Care and Performance Inc., hereafter mentioned as DCP, issues the following warranty on all DCP product. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product only, unless approved of in writing by DCP. Our product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of six months from the original purchase date. The obligation of DCP under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit. Repair or replacement of the unit shall be at the sole discretion of DCP. The defective unit must be returned within 15 days of the failure date to be considered for warranty.

Any product that is not installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines is not covered under any warranty by DCP. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. All obligations or liabilities of DCP are expressly disclaimed, including claims for R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost.

Our product is intended to be installed by the purchaser of DCP product. Any damage or defect caused by a third party installer is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser of the product. In addition, DCP is not responsible for any R & R expenses, liability of consequential damages, down time, loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience cost relative to third party installers of our product.

DCP assumes no liability or responsibility for pump failure that are the result of the use of fuels and/or additives not approved by the original manufacturer of the engine and/or vehicle.

This warranty does not apply to any part or unit that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than DCP. Nor, to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or damage from foreign material such as water or dirt. This warranty will only be honored at the facilities of DCP.
