This '35 Ford Deluxe coupe (has chrome windshield frame) would make a fairly easy build. The car came to us from North Carolina. While it has minor dents and dings typical of a 75 year old car, the body is very solid as are the floors and rockers with exception of the left front. The top has been filled but it appears to merely be bonded to the original seam and could be removed. The remainder is complete. The frame is good, and has not been cut with complete stock front suspension and a later Mustang rearend installed in the rear on the original spring. There is no motor or transmission but we're willing to include a later (8BA) flathead that turns over for the asking price. The interior is gutted, but the dash is all there, doors open and close fine. Pretty much what you see is what you get, it has a few loose parts inside. As for the price, a similar 35 recently sold here on eBay for $8000 and that's pretty cheap for one of these. The legal stuff: Title: New York does not title cars made before 1972, and has made it fairly simple to register non-title cars lacking paperwork. NYS forms for transfer of non-titled motor vehicle available as proof of ownership as well as notarized reciept. Check with your state's motor vehicle department to determine just what is necessary to title in your state. Terms of sale are: $500 deposit due 5 days from end of auction, paid in full within 14 days from end of auction. Deposit nonrefundable - eBay nationwide listings aren't free. Don't bid if you can't pay. No cashier's checks, no Paypal, and check payment must clear the bank before the car is picked up. 30 days storage is included to come get the car. More time can be arranged at a reasonable rate, and we do not penalize buyers if weather conditions (snow) prevent access to the vehicle. If car is left an excessive amount of time and buyer cannot be contacted they will be subject to a storage charge. Email for more details. We may be able to deliver this vehicle up to 200 miles radius, via rollback, for an additional fee, at owner's discretion. Contact for details.
