NODULAR IRON STROKER CRANK, 5140 FORGED I-BEAM RODS AND PROBE FORGED PISTONS!!
This short blocks assembly parts are all brand new and in PERFECT OPERATING CONDITION !!!! Great for NHRA, NMRA, NMCA bracket cars, SCCA, NASA Road Racing, or right at home in your street car!!
SHORT BLOCK FEATURES:
- Block: Seasoned 5.0 roller cam block that is thermal cleaned, stress relieved, Magna Fluxed, threads chased, mains checked and corrected, and the oil galleys are tapped for thread-in plugs. Decked, precision bored, and then Sunnen Bored/Honed to proper RMS size/finish. Freeze plugs and seamless DuraBond / King cam bearings are installed.
- Crank: HAWKS RACING 8000 SERIES NODULAR IRON CRANKSHAFT precision ground, oil scooped and chamfered nodular iron stroker crankshaft balanced to racing tolerance
- Rods: 5140 FORGED CNC PROFILED I-BEAM RODS (ARP WAVE-LOC BOLTS)
- Pistons: PROBE FORGED LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN STD FLAT TOP PISTONS PINS AND RETAINERS (SEE CHART FOR COMPRESSION RATIO, Piston Pin Does Not Intersect Oil Ring) Aggressive CNC flycut for inline cylinder heads (piston available for TW heads) and most aftermarket high-lift cams (.600)
- Bearings: NEW PREMIUM KING RACE ROD/MAIN BEARING SET STD
- Rings: Hand Fit STD PREMIUM MOLY RING SET
- Balancing: Hines Digitally Balanced Rotating Assembly - 28oz Balance
(Balanced with 28oz 80006 damper and 28oz flexplate/flywheel, available for purchase separately if you need them)

Just add your own cam, heads, intake, and oil pan. The combinations are unlimited but you will always have a bulletproof short block that can handle whatever you bolt up.
