Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. We have several options available regarding the purchase of an EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM, subject to approval. We have been associated with our current warranty company for over 4 years, there are warranty companies that do not do what they advertise, our company is not one of those companies.     1. When auction has ended buyer should contact seller with 24 hours at 817 781 9548 or emailsvlonewolfauto@charter.net to make arrangements for payment method and pickup or delivery.
    2. The buyer should make arrangements to complete transaction within 7 days of the end of the auction.
    3. Please be sure to have all monies (LOANS AND FINANCING APPROVED AND IN PLACE) before making your final bid. We do have several Financing Companies available upon request. If your having issues with your current loan, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We may be able to get you APPROVED with one of our companies.
    4. We accept Certified and Cashiers Checks or Bank Wired Funds Only, No Credit Cards please. Deposit of $1000.00 is due within 48 hours of the closing. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of the auction or if the balance is not paid within 7 Days following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist vehicle or sell to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
    5. We reserve the right to end auction early if we receive an offer that is acceptable. Seller cannot be held liable for any such cancellation.
    6. Buyer pays all shipping charges. Agreement for shipping is between Buyer and Shipper. Lone Wolf Autoplex cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues, no matter who may be at fault. We are more than happy to discuss shipping matters and help make recommendations to our valued ebay customers.     7. All of our vehicles are in good to excellent running condition and are being sold AS/IS with no guarantees from the seller. It is the sole responsibility of buyer to have vehicle inspected as to exact conditions mechanically and cosmetically. Seller is not responsible whether implied verbally or written and there are no set asides or allowances for any issues at time of delivery or thereafter. We recommend inspections by the company of your choice. We have several options regarding Extended Warranties. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding all of our Warranty Programs. Exact mileage may sometimes vary due to customer test drives, transportation, etc.
    8. No bid retractions in the last 24 hours, if there are bid retractions in the last 24 hours, we may cancel all bids, end auction early and relist vehicle to protect the integrity of auction process.
    9. Remember your OBLIGATION AS A BIDDER AND eBAY COMMUNITY MEMBER. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE ABILITY AND INTEND TO PURCHASE VEHICLE.
    10. At time of closing Out of State Residents will be responsible for Vehicle Inventory Tax (.002799%),Final Delivery Inspection Fee of $39.50, Title Transfer Fee of $39.50, and Administrative Fees including: Dealer Final Detail, Dealer Service and Dealer Tag Fees totaling $150.00, other issues such as Sales Tax, Registration, License, and Title Transfer you are responsible for in your home state where vehicle will be registered and titled. Texas Residents are responsible for Sales Tax (6.25%), Vehicle Inventory Tax (.002799%), License, Registration, Inspection, Processing and Administrative Fee of $150.00, and Title Application fees.
    11. Remember that you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase above-mentioned vehicle from Lone Wolf Autoplex. We will not tolerate Deadbeat Bidders. This is our business and we take it very seriously, we reserve the right to prosecute to the fullest extent of the applicable law.
    12. The final contract signed between buyer and seller shall be binding. The final signed contract and terms thereof shall govern the sale. All disputes arising out of or related to the signed agreement, or to the breach or interpretation of breach thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the terms as outlined in final sale agreement, under the laws of the state of Texas.
    13. We will be more than happy to evaluate your current vehicle and give you a quote based on current market value. Please keep in mind that vehicles on ebay typically sell for wholesale prices and trades will be evaluated based on the same market. Titles must be free and clear, with no issues whatsoever.
    14. Some of the vehicles available on Lone Wolf Autoplex's site may be on consignment from other dealers and wholesalers. These vehicles will be represented as honestly and fairly as possible and are available for on-site inspection during the auction process, but as with all vehicles sold on this site, these vehicles are sold as is with no written or implied warranty unless otherwise specified. Final papers and contracts will be handled by the buyer and dealer. Lonewolf Autoplex may act as a broker for the selling dealer and is being paid a fee by the seller for services rendered. Once vehicle has been delivered, Lone Wolf Autoplex is not responsible for any issues regarding these vehicles once delivery is taken.
