1. A $500.00 fully refundable wire transfer or credit card deposit is required within 24 hours at the end of the auction. The balance is due within 3 business days at the end of the auction.

   Buyer is responsible for the pickup and all shipping costs of the vehicle purchased.
   
   Sales are subject to a $129.90 documentary fee (which is a fee not required by law), a state inspection fee of $14.50 for a used vehicle and a $23.50 for a new vehicle, and a Texas vehicle inventory tax of .00211 of the purchase price. Example is a $10,000.00 vehicle would be $21.11 in VIT tax due.
   
   Texas residents pay a 6.25% sales tax and out of state purchasers will pay the taxes and fees due in their state. If out of state we will calculate the fees and give you the information of what would be due.
   
   All used vehicles are sold with a limited warranty. The limited warranty is for 90 days or 3000 miles which ever comes first. The limited warranty will only cover the internally lubricated parts in the engine, transmission, drive axle and transfer case. We will give you a copy of the policy upon purchase. If you have any questions ask the eBay specialist for more details or we can forward you a copy of the policy in advance before purchasing. Beyond the limited warranty the vehicle is sold"AS-IS".
