Payment

The successful high bidder must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit within 24 hours after the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. 

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance by certified check or money order.  Due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All deals are to be finalized within 7 days.

We will notify eBay™ on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the transaction.

  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. -All customers are responsible for a fee of 0.00245273% of the auction close price for an Inventory Tax; $50.00 Documentary Fee and a $135.00 Admin Fee. Out of State consumers are responsible for registering and paying applicable taxes in their home state. Vehicles registered in TEXAS are subject to all applicable sales tax & fees.

Non-Paying Bidders:

-Non paying bidders will be responsible for for a minimum of $300 fees, not including holding and storage fees. Remember that you are entering a legal and binding contract, and by bidding you agree to stated terms and conditions and understand the following terms and conditions. IF you bid and do not pay and do not pay the $300 non-paying service charge we WILL file the debt in full against your credit.

Pickup, Shipping, Transportation and Storage:

Pickup: 

Any vehicle pickup must be with prior appointment. 

Due to high sales volume, 48 hours is required on any vehicle for pickup. During this 48 hour period we inspect and detail the vehicle and perform a make ready process for the Buyer.  Our company's policy is to be notified 48 hours in advance by the Buyer for this process to begin in order for the Buyer to pick up the vehicle. 

We are available for deliveries Monday through Saturday between 10am - 5pm.

Shipping: 

Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. (if Buyer wishes to have  the vehicle shipped to any location, he/she must pay for all transportation costs.) 

We will be happy to assist you with finding a reputable shipper; however, shipping and handling of the vehicle will be the Buyers  responsibility. 

Storage:

If the vehicle is paid in full within the 7 days time period, we can store the vehicle for the Buyer at no additional charge for 30 days, vehicles left over 30 days will incur a $10 daily storage charge.

Notice to Buyer:

-All bidders are encouraged to participate in our auction; however, bidders with a previous non-pay, or only negative feedback will require prior approval, or bids will be canceled (do not wait). We reserve the right to: Obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion.
