Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers or Cash in hand at our business office are accepted payment methods. A $500 deposit is needed by accepted Credit Card, Money Order, or Cashier's Check 24 hours from close of sale. Remaining balance or approved and accepted financing is due 72 hours from close of sale. Please have full payment arrangements or approved financing before placing your final bid.

Financing is available with approved credit. Since we are a Missouri Franchised dealer, we have many sources available to help with your purchase. Please contact us to have your financing arranged.

Shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A winning buyer has the option to fly in and pick up the vehicle, or have the vehicle shipped. Meeting you at the airport in either Kansas City or St.Louis with your purchase is common courtesy for us. We can help you with auto transport shipping arrangements. The vehicle needs to be paid for and the shipping charges pre-paid. Auto transport carriers will have the vehicle insured to your front door.

Delivery/Jurisdiction
The buyer agrees if a sale is made that the jurisdiction applicable to the sale is the State of Missouri and the venue is Bates County, Missouri, and that the laws of the State of Missouri apply to all online sales of Max Motors. The buyer is responsible for all pickup and delivery costs and the arrangements for same, as the vehicle purchased by the buyer will be delivered to the buyer or the buyer's respresentative in the State of Missouri.

Vehicle Condition
We take pride in our business and have almost every vehicle offered carefully inspected by a Certified Mechanic. Most vehicles have passed the Missouri State Vehicle Safety Inspection. Please keep in mind that we try to disclose all information known about the vehicle. Used vehicles will have typical scratches and/or dings inherent for their age and mileage. Some dents have been repaired by a Paintless Dent Removal system (PDR). Some scratches and door dings my have been touched up by an air brush artist. The wear and condition of every vehicle differs and is in direct relation to its age, year and mileage. We cannot guarantee that there will not be any mechanical problems. Miles posted in the listings mar vary slightly do to local test driving, in-transit repairs or road testing.  No used vehicle is perfect or described as in mint condition.  Used vehicles have some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear. Odometer readings may vary slightly from those posted due to demo drives, demo use and  reconditioning.  Not all vehicles will have a spare key and remote.  If you need an extra, you can have them at our cost.

Every listing that has less than l00,000 miles will have a Free Limited Power Train Warranty. A Remaining Manufacturer's Warranty or eBay Limited Warranty may apply to the vehicle. Extended warranties may also be available for your peace of mind.

An Auto Check Report is done on every vehicle before being offered. It is available for your viewing by scrolling to the CONTACT US section of the listing where you see the AUTOCHECK Logo in the box. Click on the logo and it will bring up the AUTOCHECK Report.

We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in the auction of a vehicle. We may also block any bidder from bidding on our listings. Max Motors is not responsible for pricing errors, typo errors, third party listing errors and acts of God and nature.  All listings are subject to prior sale through our other avenues of advertising and displays.

If you have a feedback rating of 0 or have a negative, you must call us to make arrangements to bid. If not, your bid will be cancelled. We may cancel any bids at our discretion or end the auction early if the vehicle has been sold through another marketing program in which we are involved. Successful bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours from the auction close.

We charge a $195 dealer administrative fee for handling paperwork, filing titles, mailing, UPS Overnight and copying costs. These fees are fixed and non negotiable.  We do not guarantee that there will be two keys and two remotes with every used vehicle.  If you need an extra key and remote, we will sell them to you at our cost.
