Where does UsedCarLease get its cars?

UsedCarLease/Marc Motors gets its cars from a variety of sources. Our cars consist of franchise dealership trade-ins and wholesale dealer auctions. We travel the country and buy only the highest quality pre-owned cars. A typical scenario is one in which a dealer obtains a car through a trade-in and/or a leasing company has various lease returns, we purchase the vehicle from them and make the car available online to a national market.

Can I have the car mechanically inspected?

It is our absolute mission for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. UsedCarLease/Marc Motors allows and encourages full pre-buy inspection of all its vehicles from any inspection service you desire. We also recommend and do offer extended warranties.

What can I expect from my purchase?

You can expect great service, a great price and an impeccable car. We aim to describe the car as accurate as possible. We do offer only pre-owned vehicles and by definition our vehicles are not brand new. Most of our offerings are equal to first line vehicles sold in reputable franchised dealerships across the country. In fact, many of these dealers buy our inventory only to turn around and sell it at much higher prices. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new - it has been driven a certain number of miles.

Do you offer financing?

Of course we do and very often can get you better rates and terms then your local banks. Feel free to fill out our secure online credit application for a quote.

I am out-of-town, how will I get the car?

UsedCarLease/Marc Motors uses only fully bonded and insured transportation service that will deliver the vehicle to your door. We also welcome you to visit us; many customers book a flight into Fort Lauderdale and spend a few days enjoying the great Florida climate. Should you choose this option, we'll be glad to pick you up at the airport.

Successful high bidder must telephone 954-983-8787 X 11 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis and your deposit will be forfeited.

If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund all monies paid.

In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however the return must take place within 48 hours days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer then 100 miles difference upon return. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer.

Seller does accept cashiers checks, certified funds, bank wires or verified drafts from known financial institutions.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties (pre-buy inspection services; usedcarinspections.com, or authorized service centers) prior to auction close and after the buyitnow option is exercised. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's discretion.

All buyers pay a $295.00 administrative fee. Florida buyers must pay 6% sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Seller makes no representations or statements as to the fitness for purpose or condition either implied or expressed. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (as stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery or if stated in ad.
