I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of my  auctions. I  accept Certified  money order and Cashiers Checks and Funding Transfers in US Dollars only. A  non refudable deposit of $500 is required within  (3) businnes days of auction closure threw paypal, or money order . All funding or paperwork must be received as soon as possible and within no more than 7  days of auction closure or  I reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer.  Buyer will be responsible for his own Licensing Requirements in State of residence. General Terms Buyer can inspect vehicle in person before bidding  7 days a week. This car is being described to the best of my ability please ask all questions before bidding I am not held liable for any un seen things that I may have missed on car . To serve you best, I prefer to show vehicles by Appointment. Unless stated otherwise all vehicles are sold 'As Is' that is to say with No Warranty. Remaining manufacturers coverage may exist.  I  reserve the right to cancel your bid if you have any negative feedback that might prejudice your bid. Mileage is subject to change due to the car being test driven . I  will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy. Winning bidders must respond to me by telephone within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm your purchase or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer. As such I reserve the right to end this auction at any time if the vehicle sells. I  reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction early. I shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. The sale must be completed within SEVEN  (7) days after the auction closes ,and such funds have cleared.  Those wishing to have your vehicle shipped - all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company. By bidding on this you aggree to these terms.

AS IS - NO WARRANTY

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
