This is absolutly one of the prettiest Mustang Convertibles you will ever see !!! I don't care if you are at a show or a museum, it is hard to find a more stunning color combo than Raven Black with Red Deluxe interior !! This is a ROTISSERIE restored Classic 67 mustang convertible and it is gorgeous!! Show it if you want , or just drive it and enjoy it !! This car was just acquired by us from it's very particular owner who had invested 10's of thousands of dollars to build his dream Mustang . He was reluctant to sell but life's challenges forced him to move on to other priorities. More about this fine Mustang....It is built to the highest of restoration standards and we can attest to that because our shop has restored some of the highest rated Mustangs in the USA and we ought to know. This car started life from the Dearborn plant as a Lime Gold plain 67 289 cid convertible. The previous owner decided this was the car that he wanted to turn into the most beautiful Mustang one would ever see and his project began. It began with a complete body and underbody restoration that went from rotisserie to the paint shop with attention to detail in every area. He was not interested in concourse correct, but he was interested in fulfilling his desires , and he wanted some performance ( as in legendary Big Block Ford performance ) so a 428 cid Police Intercepter engine was located , rebuilt with precision , and installed along with a rebuilt C6 transmission. A proper 67 Mustang 9" rear end was found, rebuilt, and a 3.50 Trac Loc was installed. The throaty exhaust will thrill your ears and the power will make your heart beat faster than ever when you stand on the accelerator !! WOW !! He also loved the 67 Deluxe interior and so the old standard black interior was discarded, a complete 67 new red deluxe interior was installed along with a tilt steering column and floor console. All of the mechanical was rebuilt to new including the added power disc brakes , power steering , dual exhasut and more !! All of the gauges , lighting, radio, etc. was made to operate with ease and comfort. The windshield, chrome trim and bumpers, weatherstrip, tires , styled steel wheels are all new !!! He also wanted a head turning color and the wow factor, so he chose Raven Black as his exterior color of choice . He didn't go wrong ! This is as straight and smooth of paint work as you will see on any Mustang. Not hardly a flaw in the finish. The GTA foglights, stripes , gas cap and dual exhaust tips were added for beauty and simply because the builder liked their look. No representation of this car being a real GTA is being made. They are just very nice features that add a lot to a Mustang's appearance. NO RUST, LOOK AT THE UNDERBODY PICS !! Only a little over 1000 miles since complete restoration. It has wonderful road manners and that massive FE motor runs cool and smooth !! When you open the hood you are amazed at the workmanship and clean compartment. It got a few waterspots right before I took the pics because it had been raining for a couple of days and I had to drive thru a few puddles( though the streets were mostly dry) to get to the area I took the photos. I had also ordered new red carpeted floor mats with the Mustang emblem embroidered in them and they are now installed. I am looking to place this fine Pony with an owner that would give it the same care and attention that the previous owner did. I know this Mustang is expensive ( but selling at ba fraction of it's build cost) and everyone that would like to have it cannot afford it. But if you want one of the best , both in looks , quality of build , and breathtaking performance, and yes, it is very fast , then this Mustang is for you.
