 This is for a 1969 Ford Mustang Coupe.This car has potential.This car needs finishing/restoring.It has had alot of stuff done already.A friend of mine bought this a few months back from a local seller here in town.He had high hopes of restoring the car,but now he is unemployed,and I am selling this car and a Corvette for him.See other items for sale.I will describe the car to the best of my knowledge.The interior is baisicaly all new.The seats,door panals and carpet is new.The headliner is new ,but needs tightning up(some wrinkles).The dash has a new cover on it.The floor had rust and previous owner bought and installed NEW pans over the old.They need to be taken back out and the old floor pans trimed and these new ones welded in place.Everything else under the car looks ok.It has always been a southern car.The trunk is solid as are the Rockers, Doors,Trunk lid and Hood.The fenders look ok.The rear quarters have some bondo in the lower outer skin.There is some rust in the battery tray area.I took a photo of the underside of it.See Photos.Please keep in mind this is a 40 year old Mustang and it is priced cheap for what it is.The motor is supposed to be a 302.He was told it was rebuilt, but we have no paperwork backing that up.It does have new/rebuilt heads on it,and a few other parts that look new,that we can see.It seems to run OK, but probably could use New plugs from sitting.It skips when you first crank it up.It doesn't smoke or knock.The trans seems to shifts fine.The steering is loose,it appears to be the steering box.(play) The tires are old.The brakes are supposed to be new and did have a full pedal when he bought the car,but now they are low and you have to pump them.All the glass is good.There is a extra door glass and some extra tail lights and misc trim in the trunk.The Gas tank look fairly new.This car will need to be transported due to the brakes.This is USED vehicle and it will be sold AS IS!
