I started this project with a great deal of motivation but just have not had the time to work on it the past couple of years.  This 1967 Mustang Coupe can be a very nice project car. It may also be used as parts to restore an existing project.

I have restored the front end including new coil springs, shocks, fender aprons, wheel spindles, upper and lower control arms, steering box and disc brake conversion kit.  I have also removed the cowl, installed new "Top Hats" and reinstalled the cowl.  The floor pans have been replaced and I began working on the rear when I took a new job became too busy to finish.  I have purchased a number of replacement parts that have not been used and are part of the package.  Some of the parts are shown in the pictures.  There are two new American Racing wheels with tires.  I have a 302 engine with an automatic transmission that goes with the car and there are two rearends, the original and one I picked up that I believe is an 8 inch.

I have placed a small reserve on this but it is a fraction of the cost of the parts alone.

Couple of updates based on questions

1.  I do have all of the parts taken off of the car (handles, emblems, etc).  2.  I do not have the title for this car.

On Nov-05-09 at 16:31:30 PST, seller added the following information:

More questions are coming in by email so I want to send the answers to all of you interested.  There have also been request for more pictures which I have posted.

Q&A

1.  Does the motor run?  The 302 obviously is not the original motor.  I bought it from a reliable guy that took it out of a early 70's T Bird.  He told me that it was running and I have no reason not to believe him.

2.  The rearend is off of the car and yes I will rig it back on this weekend so that the car can be rolled onto a trailer.

3.  Does the transmission work?  I got it with the motor so I believe that it does.

4.  When I installed the floor pans I also installed new Torque boxes, seat platforms and repaired and treated any rust along the undercarriage.

5.  Any undercarriage rails that needed replaced or fixed have been done except for under the trunk area which is where I was working when I stopped working on the car.  Please note that the driver side trunk floor pan is cut out and I have new pans for both sides to be put in.

6.  I do not have fenders or the hood.

7.  In the picture of the back of the car, the quarter panel is clamped on and has not been welded on yet.  There quarter panel is also pictured laying on the floor.

Thank you all for your interest in the car.  I want to make sure that whoever wins the bid is satisfied.
