1. By placing a bid on vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. So consider your bid carefully before placing it.

2. PLEASE DO NOT BID on this auction unless you are serious about buying this vehicle. All non-paying winning bidders will be reported to eBay, and an unpaid item strike will be placed against you.

3. RPM Motors has tried to disclose all information know about this vehicle for auction, please be advised and understandable that used vehicles are subject to minor scratches, scuff marks, dings and paint work due to their age and or mileage. 

4. We may not have vehicle handbooks, floor mats, additional keys, remotes, or CD magazines available for you (we generally do, but please call to check). 

5. Mileage is subject to change due to car being test driven, serviced at dealership, etc...

6. Unless stated otherwise all vehicles are sold "AS IS" that is to say with NO WARRANTY. Remaining manufacturer coverage may exist or a service contract may be available. Assure peace of mind with service contract (extended warranty) coverage on your contract. Call us for more details.

7. For your added sense of security, we offer FREE CARFAX reports on our cars. Click on the CARFAX logo you will find on the left panel of this listing to get this report (If you can..t see the report please e-mail us, that we..ll gladly reply it for you). Remember that CARFAX offers a Buyback Guarantee if after purchasing the vehicle it is proven that the car has problems not reported on the CARFAX report (see their terms & conditions). Along with the CARFAX report is a Free Safety & Reliability Report. Not only will you feel secure with buying from us, feel secure in buying the vehicle. RPM Motors, should not be held responsible for Carfax accidents, mileage discrepancy or errors  reported, therefore any NEGATIVE FEEDBACK left will be disputed and withdrawn.

8. All vehicles sold by RPM Motors are guaranteed to be clean/clear of any prior salvage or rebuilt title as well as flood damage. We are proud to guarantee you that. 

9. If you intend on financing this vehicle please complete financing arrangements prior to bidding on this vehicle and verify that your loan institution accepts the year, make, model and mileage of this vehicle. It is important that all loans be PRE-APPROVED before bidding.

10. Immediately following the end of the auction, you will receive an email if you're the high bidder with specific instructions and a request for required information. Winning bidders must respond to us within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm your purchase, or the vehicle may be relisted or sold to any other qualified buyer.

11. Each transaction is subject to a processing fee of $249.00, there are NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee helps to defray the title, mailing and other related expenses we incur during the close of the sale.

12. A minimum deposit of $500.00 must be received within 24 hours of the auctions end. All funds received must be by CASH (in person), CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR BANK WIRE TRANSFER. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, BANK DRAFTS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! Additionally, there will be a $59.00 return item fee for any payment made to us not honored by the issuing bank as payment for your vehicle. A full payment must be made within 5 days of the auctions end. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

13. Non-paying bidders will be responsible for a $500.00 re-listing fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

14. Did you know that all bids of $15,000 and above require a credit card or alternative ID on file with eBay? Don't get caught at the last minute. Verify yourself now.

15. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title services fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for to be titled and registered. 

16. Those wishing to have vehicle shipped: all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company. A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK should not be left to RPM Motors for any shipping delays, complications or even property damage that may occur during the shipping process. RPM Motors is not the shipping carrier for your vehicle therefore any negative feedback left will be disputed and withdrawn.

17. If the vehicle is still on our site after 14 business days a nominal storage fee of $25.00 p/day will be charged.

18. Bid shielding, auction interference, and any other form of harassment will not be tolerated. eBay will be immediately notified of such illegal or unethical behavior, and any legal remedies necessary may be taken to protect our interests. All images and html are owned and copyrighted by RPM Motors for our express use and control. Anyone using our images or design, for the representation of their product, is in violation of eBay rules and regulations and Federal Law and may be prosecuted. Reports to eBay will be made.

19. The 5 years or 100 thousand miles extended  *WARRANTY* will ONLY be available with the Buy-It-Now option, if unless specified on the vehicle listing/description. If an offer is submitted and accepted by RPM Motors the warranty will NOT be included as part of the deal. We have several other plans available and upgrades can be made. Buyer will be responsible for the difference between the warranty plans. Warranty only available on selected vehicles. CALL US FOR DETAILS ON COVERAGE FOR THE WARRANTY!!

20. The 3 months/ 3,000miles or 6 months/ 6,000 miles warranty will be paid by RPM Motors to a private company chosen by RPM Motors that will provide the service. RPM Motors will not be held liable for any issues related to claims, refunds any related to the matter. A separate contract will be signed on both parties agreeing to the contract. 21. We ask that eBay Feedbacks to be exchanged at the time of the vehicle pick up. If the vehicle has been shipped feedback must be left within 24 hours upon delivery of the vehicle, this is to avoid leverage of the current feedback structure against sellers in cases of extortion, IF A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS LEFT AFTER THE ABOVE TIME FRAME, IT WILL BE DISPUTED BY A THIRD PARTY ARBITRATION COMPANY, IN CASE OF DEFAMATION/DENIGRATION AGAINST RPM MOTORS IT'LL BE SUBJECT TO A LEGAL PROSECUTION.

22. RPM Motors reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. We shall not be held liable using the" BUY IT NOW" option if featured to avoid confusion and to make sure this item is still available. RPM Motors also reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, RPM Motors shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.

23. Please be kind and notify us at least 24 hours in advance of time of delivery. This allows us to give you better service and have vehicle completely inspected and detailed for delivery. We also provide free airport pick up. That's the service we like to provide our customers!
