Initial Payment: A Pay Pal payment of $500 is required within 24 hours of auction close. This amount will be credited to the winning bidders total amount due.

Balance of Payment: Buyer is responsible for payment in full, including all applicable fees and taxes within 5 business days of sale. Items will not be available for pickup or shipment until sales transaction is properly documented and full payment is received and cleared by our business office.

Financing: No ebay motors sale will be made conditional on credit approval and we request that you DO NOT BID or select the “Buy It Now” option if you do not already have a source of funds secured in the amount necessary to finalize your purchase.

As a franchised dealer we are often times able to provide competitive, below market financing to qualified buyers and we welcome the opportunity to assist you with the application process. If you do wish to have our dealership arrange financing it would be required that you submit your credit application for pre-approval PRIOR to placing your first bid. Vehicle Warranty: All new vehicles delivered with the United States will be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranties on pre-owned vehicles will vary based on model year and mileage but will be fully disclosed in each listing. Shipment of any vehicle outside of the United States will cause any and all existing warranties to become null and void.

Return Policy: The goal of buerge_direct and Buerge Motor Car Company is to provide a high quality vehicle purchase experience with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your vehicle upon delivery, please notify us immediately so that we might attempt to resolve any issues within the following guidelines:

• New Vehicles: California law does not provide for a “cooling off” or other cancellation period for vehicle sales. Therefore once you have accepted delivery of your vehicle purchase you cannot later cancel the transaction simply because you change your mind, decide the vehicle costs too much, or wish you had acquired a different vehicle.
  
  Pre-owned vehicles: California law does require a seller to offer a “Contract Cancellation Option Agreement” which can, under certain statutory conditions provide for a 2-day cancellation option on used vehicles with a purchase price of less than $40,000. Please contact us for specific details.
  
  Return Shipping: In the event that a used vehicle is returned under a properly executed “Contract Cancellation Option Agreement” the buyer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping.

Mileage: Actual vehicle mileage may vary slightly from the odometer photo at time of listing due to on-site test drives.

Availability: We reserve the right to terminate and remove any auction due to the on-site sale of the listed vehicle.

Taxes and Fees: All ebay motors transactions will be subject to a $55.00 documentation fee as allowed by California law.

• California buyers: All vehicles delivered to California residents will be subject to California Vehicle License Fees and sales tax based on the county of registration.
  

• Out-Of-State buyers: All vehicles delivered to out of state residents will be exempt from California Vehicle License Fees but will be subject to sales tax at the Los Angeles County rate (currently 9.75%) if the buyer takes delivery of the vehicle at our location. Vehicles that are picked up and delivered out of state by ICC licensed carriers will be exempt from both California Vehicle License Fees and sales tax provided the carrier supplies the required “Bill of Lading”. Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs however buerge_direct is glad to assist logistically in arranging vehicle shipments.
