Some of our National listings are closed to NYS bidders unless you are a NYS registered auto wholesaler. Those auctions will clearly state if it is a NYS closed auction. Otherwise all New York State buyers will be charged the cost of the NYS inspection and any costs in order to pass that inspection if applicable. Those costs will be applied to the final cost to be paid in full at time of transfer of ownership.
