Up for auction today is a great running 2006 ford ranger xl pickup. The ford ranger has been the best selling compact truck for 18 years, and after owning this one I know why. This is a great truck powered by ford's 2.3 liter engine which produces 143 horsepower. This truck has plenty of power for highway driving, and all of your hauling needs. With ford's new 2.3 liter engine, the epa gas milage is an estimated 24/29 miles per gallon, which blows away the competion.

I have owned the truck for over a year now and the only reason I am selling it is i bought a car through cash for clunkers and I no longer drive this. I used the truck as my everyday driver and it has never let me down. For a two-wheel drive truck it does very well in the snow. I put 200 pounds in the bed, and with fords differentail I never had a problem making it to work on the snowest northeast ohio days. I hate to get rid of the truck but my fiance says i have to many vehicles and some have to go. So my loss on this truck is your gain. When i orginally bought this truck it did need some work, which I completed.

I bought the truck after it was in a minor accident. It was going down the freeway when a car clipped the back of the bed causing the truck to spin out and get some dents and scratches as can be seen in the pics. When I bought the truck i did do some work to it. I  replaced the tie rods, ball joints upper and low both sides, the a arms both sides. master cylinder ,roters, and both front callpers, rack and pinion, battery, fuel pump, fuel relay, and also the fuel shut off switch, also i replaced the rear window with a tinted slider. I just gave the truck a tune up replacing the plugs and wires, i also flushed the transmission and replaced the transmission filter. For a extra $100 you can have the diamond plate tool box which is only a month old. I paid $230 for it from tractor supply company.

This truck is ready to go it runs great and is very dependable. I drove it down to Atlanta Georgia about two months ago without a issue. The truck did great. As you can see  in the pitcures the truck does have some dents and scratches the front passenger side fender is dented pretty good along with the drivers side rear bed. Also the drivers window is a pain to get up and down due to a dent in the door. I am sure it can be pounded out but I have not had the time to mess with it. When i got it the rear window was busted and it has plastic over it and there is still some residue from the tape on the door and roof.

The blue book value of this truck is 8200 in fair condition, but my buy it not is way less then that. This is a great truck and i hate to see it go ,but i just do not dirve it anymore. Terms and conditons for this is i will need $500 deposit via paypal within 48 hours of the end of auction. The rest is to be paid in cash or check apon picking up the truck.
