The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 3 days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 10 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Cash (In Person), Credit Card (deposit only) certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
Each Vehicle Sold is subject to a document processing fee. This document processing fee is $125.(This fee is well below the average you will find on ebay.) As a courtesy to our prompt bidders, If your submit your deposit within 24 hours of the auction end, we will give you a $25 Discount on this fee. New York State buyers will be subject to a NEW YORK STATE INSPECTION FEE OF $37. Out of State Buyers are responsible for their own states inspection. Vehicles should be picked up within 10 days, Any vehicle left longer will be subject to a 15.00 per day storage fee after the 10th day. OUT OF STATE 30 day temporary Tags are available for vehicles being transported out of NY for a fee of $35(valid insurance for the vehicle being purchased must be provided). New York State Buyers are subject to NYS Sales Tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
