Absolutely stunning 1956 Thunderbird 312 V8 cream puff.  This number 1 driver had a  Frame-on restoration in 2002 and many new features since then. Auto Transmission, Power steering, Power windows.  The color is a vibrant, sharp looking Turquoise that features the best attributes of the original Thunderbird Blue and the 1956 Peacock Blue that turns heads wherever it goes.  The paint shines beautifully.  All chrome has been professionally re-plated to Show standards including front and rear bumpers and continental kit.  Five Brand new American Classic wide whitewall radials and superior chrome Thunderbird Roadster wire wheels.  Brand new interior, including seating, carpet, visors, panels, interior and exterior door handles and window control.  Brand new passenger and driver side windows and wings including chrome. All exterior body trim is new including emblems, trim, lighting, lock covers, no rust on frame or chassis.  The convertible top is new and mint.  Mechanically there is a brand new 4 barrel carburetor, a new valve job, new radiator and fan, new heater, new brakes, new heavy duty battery, and the fuel system was upgraded to accept unleaded premium. Mechanically, the car is excellent and the transmission shifts very smooth.   The mufflers need to be replaced, the odometer/speedomotor does not work and the gas guage does not register. However, the original Town and Country Radio still works perfectly.  The car has been stored in a heated dry garage and has been babied over the years, but drives beautifully.  Truly superb classic with much more invested than the asking price.  If you’re looking to have fun driving a true American Classic and turn heads wherever you go, then you will not want to pass on this wonderful vehicle!  I have registered it as a Historic Vehicle in New Jersey.
