Here is a 1976 Ford Torino with a 351W, V8 that I tried to purchase in 2004. The elderly man said it was not for sale. He bought it new and when his wife passed away in 1987 he parked the car and left it. This car has been sitting in a shed undriven since 1987. The registration ran out in 1988. The odometer reads 28,448 miles. I purchased this car from the grandson of the people that owned it and he told me the odometer reading is correct. We got it running and have been driving it. It drives like a new car. The driver side quarter panel and bumper has little damage, there is a crease on the passenger side of car. A little rust around the vinyl top but there are no rust holes that I found. The interior is in great shape. There are no cracks in the dash or steering wheel. The bottom of the front seat has been recovered because of the lady's dog is what I was told. The rest of the interior is in great shape. All the door and window seals are in good shape. The trunk seal will need replacing. I have the jack and lug wrench for the car. I HAVE PEOPLE INTERESTED HERE LOCALLY SO THIS AUCTION COULD BE CANCELED AT ANYTIME.
