It is an automatic, manual windows and door locks, no a/c or radio. It does have a clean history with a clean title and everything is in good mechanical working condition. Tires are practically brand new. This has been inspected including brakes, rotors, fluids, normal wear and tear items by certified mechanics and engine and transmission is in great working condition with no known issues, please keep in mind this is a 1998 cargo van used exactly for that purpose - it does have scratches, dings, and some cosmetic blemishes, the price of course reflects that.  We bought roughly 25 of these and currently have about 18 left, so if you need more than one please contact me for availability.
