Most domestic orders are shipped by UPS or DHL. We also ship by US Mail. We offer Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on size and weight of package. Other arrangements can be made when necessary.

Free shipping is offered on selected listings and groups of parts.

Next day delivery is an option in many cases. Please email us if this is an option for you if the item does not have an overnight shipping option.

We're very fair about shipping charges - we only charge you for our actual shipping costs - no handling fees or other additional charges. We care about the environment - whenever possible orders are shipped using re-used and/or recycled boxes and packing materials.

Most of our parts are shipped out of our warehouse in Santa Cruz, Ca. Occasionally we will drop ship orders from our vendors in Southern California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois or Florida.

Transit times are as follows for the 48 Continental States:

* Southeast: 4-7 business days

* Midwest: 3-5 business days

* West Coast: 1-4 business days

Transit times are as follow for USPS Priority Mail:

*Northeast: 2-4 business days

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and AE will have their orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times are from 2 to 5 business days.

International Orders:

We gladly accept international orders.

Canadian and international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail if they weigh over 4 lbs. Packages under 4 lbs are shipped by USPS First Class Mail International.

Both these shipping methods have a 5 to 15 day shipping duration depending on destination. Please allow this time to elapse before contacting us about non-arrival of your orders. We will be glad to help in these matters by locating your order.

Shipments to APO and FPO addresses but does not apply to shipments to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or other United States Territories.

The Following Orders Are Not Returnable:

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to VolksToy Motorsports will not be returned. Items not purchased from VolksToy Motorsports will not be refunded.

Damaged Products
