This is a front drive shaft out of a 1988 Chevy 4x4 K1500 pick-up truck with a NP241 transfer case and a 700R4 transmission. This shaft uses the round mounting flange to bolt to the transfer case, then goes into a slip joint.  Our stock # 080002 or 080017
