Certainly, siphoning gasoline, especially from a car or truck gas tank, is nearly impossible nowadays. GasTapper has made it much easier. The good part: everything nicely bundled in a small, latching plastic case and most items are intuitive without reading and, perhaps, watching YouTube videos. The bad part: not always easy, not even possible. I have a friend's 1995 Ford F-150 in storage on my property. They asked if I would drain the gasoline. How much in the front and rear tanks? Unknown. I got three gallons out of the rear and maybe 1/2 gallon out of the front one. Then she told me there was at least five gallons in the front tank. The difficulty I had getting the hose into the front tank the first time was exceeded the second time. The anti-drain valve is a bear to get by and I will try again.Read full review

As of now, I have run over 100 gallons through it. It is easy to use and makes fueling toys and machines much easier for me. Being disabled and unable to lift tanks, this makes life easy for me. Compact and easy to move and use. So far so good.

I was able to get 3/4 tank of gas out when changing a fuel pump to save me from the dangerous bath of gas that I otherwise would have got. Getting the tube in is technique sensitive but once in it is very easy.

Works great! I used it to move gas from my Chevelle. The pump is secured to the case so the case operates as a stable base. There is also a knob you can unscrew in the front to let any fuel residue vapor out in case you need to store it closed right away without airing out.

Finally got to put my Gastapper to work today for the first time. Wow! It took a difficult, nasty, and potentially dangerous job and made it easy. Easy to hook up and use, I wish I had found this pump years ago. I probably won't have cause to use it that often, but when the need arises, it's a life saver.
