Shipping
We ship most orders by UPS. Therefore, we will need your physical shipping address. Orders weighing under two pounds and orders going to HI, AK, Guam, Puerto Rico and International will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Orders paid for by 12PM Eastern time will be shipped that same day. Orders paid after 12PM or on the weekends or on a Holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Combined Shipping Discounts: We offer a discounted shipping rate on two or more items being shipped together. They do not have to be the same item or be from the same listing. Purchase each item you need then we will combine each item into one invoice that will reflect the discounted shipping rate. You will then be able to pay for everything all at once.
NOTE: Do not complete checkout after purchasing the items. The combined invoice we will send you will also take you through the Checkout process.
Combined Order Instructions: This is really very simple. Just purchase each item you need off of eBay. Then we will combine each item into one invoice that will reflect the discounted shipping rate. We will then email that invoice to you at the email address you have on file with eBay. It will have a link in it and you will then be able to follow that link right into PayPal to pay for everything all at once if you are paying by that method.

You can send back any regular priced merchandise within 14 days after you receive your shipment from us.

How Do I Make an Exchange?
In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise; you must place a new order. HelmetsUp must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your PayPal until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.
