2. End Auction Early: Vehicles that are listed on Ebay are also for sale on our car lot, therefore, the auction will end early if sold locally from car lot.

NO PREP OR DOC FEES!: NO GIMMICS- NO PREP, DOC, OR EBAY FEES ARE ADDED TO YOUR BILL!  We want to offer you great prices and great service.  We extend our services to include complimentary pickup service from Springfield/Branson Regional Airport to our facility, professional detail on all cars, fluid check and change if needed, mechanical/safety inspection, and most of all, the assurance that you will be buying from AUTO GALLERY OF SPRINGFIELD, a licensed and bonded car dealership that has a full staff on hand for you upon delivery. Not only do we save you money off of retail prices, but we wish to make this a safe and fun experience for all of our customers and treat everyone like family.

4. MILEAGE:  In addition to the warehouse, we have 2 retail lots and we give test drives, demos, etc, so mileage may vary from pictures up to 300 miles.

5. TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES: All buyers are responsible for their own fees and taxes. We do not collect any taxes on the vehicle. All buyers must pay for the taxes, title, and tag fees once you go into your local DMV. Missouri State law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks wait a minimum of 5-business days from the date of receiving a check before sending out a title. If this delay is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items. We do offer temporary license plates while you are waiting to receive the title.

6. ASE INSPECTION: Every car we sell is inspected by ASE tech specialists and described to the best of our ability. All specs, dimensions and disclosures are believed to be correct but cannot be guaranteed or warranted.

7. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If you pick up the vehicle at our facility and feel as if the vehicle is incorrectly advertised, you will receive a full refund.

8. DECISION TIME: The time to evaluate, to determine and to decide is during the course of the auction. The conclusion of the auction is the time to pay. Being the high bidder does not mean you have been awarded the opportunity to "think about it" or to "get back with us." It means that you have entered a binding agreement to purchase this vehicle immediately following the conclusion of the auction and that you have the funds to do so.

9. PREOWNED: Pre-owned vehicles are not the same as new vehicles. You are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. Pre-owned vehicles are not perfect. Please do not expect perfection. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description.

10. AUTHENICATION: AUTO GALLERY OF SPRINGFIELD will authenticate, qualify and verify ALL bids that are submitted on this vehicle. Only those bids submitted by ready, able and funded buyers will be accepted. Vehicle will be held until your check clears our bank.

11. CONSUMER PROTECTION: Since Auto Gallery of Springfield is a bonded dealership in the state of Missouri, the purchaser is 100 % protected for the Accuracy of Mileage and Clean Titles.

12. YOU WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR ANY REPAIRS: The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty, expressed written or implied. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.

13. INSPECT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT: It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, inspect before you accept, to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Remember most of these vehicles are a few years old, and although they may be new to you doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs may be needed in two months, a year, or perhaps years down the road. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. Possible, but not likely. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, navigation disc, etc., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or frequently on eBay for a minimal amount.  Please call to confirm the options for the vehicle you want-if the options aren't in the picture, they probably don't come with the option written; human error can happen while writing ebay ads.

14. JURISDICTION/VENUE: By placing your bid on this auction you are entering into a legal binding contract and you are accepting these said terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be construed, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with Missouri law without regard to choice of law doctrines. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Missouri courts for any action relating to or arising under these terms and conditions or your bid. Venue for any action arising under or relating to this transaction shall be in the court of appropriate jurisdiction for Greene County, Missouri. If any proceeding is brought to enforce a parties' rights under these terms and conditions, the losing party shall pay all costs and attorneys' fees of the prevailing party.

15. HOURS: Deliveries are to be scheduled Monday through Saturday from 9am - 5pm. No deliveries are permitted any other time unless special arrangements are made in advance with our transportation department.

SELECTION OF VEHICLES:  We select our vehicles very carefully, and only sell those that are satisfactory to our customers.  Keep in mind, however, that not all used cars can be absoulutely perfect.  They may or will have some minor imperfections.  Nonetheless, we have a fully-staffed detail shop on our premises, and all of our vehicles go though a complete, very thorough detail process (interior and exterior).  Some used vehicles may have had prior work.  Of course, all of our cars are maintained by professional mechanics.  The quality is always at its best.  All vehicles are safety inspected and ready to go anywhere. We will sell you the finest vehicles at the lowest prices.  This vehicle is in very good condition, looks and runs very good!  Auto Gallery of Springfield's policy is to ensure that its customers are informed so that they are happy with their purchases. Prior to completing the purchase, the customer will have had an adequate and full opportunity to inspect the vehicle, and to have a third party inspector or mechanic of their choice make the inspection for them.  Auto Gallery of Springfield has inspected it, detailed it, test-driven it, and believes you will be more than pleased with your purchase.  This car also contains a standard clean and clear title.  We believe that an informed customer is a happy customer, and a happy customer is a repeat customer.  We work hard to make that happen. Information about our listings: please look at the photos to loacte all of the listed options.  If you do not see a cerain listed option, please do not hesitate to ask.  If you do not see the manual, floor mats, spare keys, or any other accesssories in our photos,  the vehicle may not come with them.  Please also keep in mind that the mileage on some of the vehicles may be slightly higher than appears in the listing, as the vehicle may be driven/test driven during the listing period.  We list over 100 vehicles.  We are not perfect, but very rarely do we make mistakes.  When buying a vehicle from Auto Gallery of Springfield, please make it your responsibility to make sure that all the information in the listing is correct (options, colors, warranty info,warning lights, etc...)  you can easily verify this information and we will help whenever possible!!

* ANSWER: What you see in the listing is what we have. If we have 2 sets of keys, books, headphones, etc., we will take a picture of them and describe them in the listing.
