We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Please read notice carefully before bidding!

  • Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction closing, either by e-mail or telephone to confirm intent to purchase. They must give their name, address, and phone number for our records. Further, high bidders are required to send a $500 deposit within 24hrs of the auction by cashier's check, money order, or wire transfer payable to Hira Motors. If confirmation within 24 hours is not received this vehicle will be offered to the next qualified bidder or may be sold by any other means. All deals are to be finalized within 5 days. We will notify eBay tm on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the transaction.
  • When you bid you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! Unqualified Bidding, Auction Interference, and any form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. All bidders must be able to pay cash or have all loans pre-approved before bidding on our vehicles!
