We are frequently asked 'what is your reserve'?  We reserve the right to require a BID on a vehicle before we answer that question.  Don't take it personally, but knowing the reserve on a vehicle helps you shop around, but disclosing it to anybody who is just 'price shopping' doesn't help us sell.  Do us a favor: get in the game.  Place a bid, and THEN ask what our reserve is, OK?  Hint: If you want to know our prices, go to our website - they are all posted and are all very much tied to eBay reserve prices.

At Auction Close

Successful "winning" bidder must submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 via PayPal to bruce@burtonmotors.com within 12 hours of the end of the auction, except for "Buy it Now" transactions, which require the $500 immediately in order to end the auction. 

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by BANK TO BANK wire transfer, cashiers-check, approved bank draft, lender's check, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Bank to Bank Wire Transfer is the ONLY payment method accepted from buyers from outside of the 50 United States, other than the initial $500 deposit via PayPal. 

Our Guarantee

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Burton Motors LTD recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Shipping - Transport of Vehicle

Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

Burton Motors LTD values your business! We want you to be completely satisfied with your online automotive experience from purchase to delivery. Please understand that Burton Motors LTD will arrange shipping for you as a value added service only. We are NOT the shipping company.  Shipping arrangements are between the buyer and the shipper. Burton Motors LTD is NOT a party to any shipping agreement.  All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport said vehicle.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Burton Motors LTD accepts bank to bank wire transfers, cashiers.. checks, certified funds, cash (in person at our location only), or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions.

As a licensed and bonded dealership, Burton Motors LTD is obligated to deliver clear title to the buyer.  In many cases, we begin our marketing efforts on vehicles before we have actually received the title, and in some cases, a vehicle actually sells before we have received the title.  If payment is made by bank wire transfer or cash in person, we will deliver the title immediately if possible.  If payment is made by cashier..s check or certified check, we deliver title in ten banking days if the title is in our hands at that time, as soon as possible thereafter if not.

In addition to the final purchase price of the vehicle, Burton Motors LTD charges an administrative fee of $99 on all consumer vehicle sales.  In situations where a vehicle is being financed and Burton Motors is required to register the vehicle, this fee is a minimum of $125 and may be higher as needed to reflect actual expenses incurred in out of state registration procedures. In all other situations, the purchaser is responsible for completing the payment of sales taxes and registration fees in their resident jurisdiction.

All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with remotes, books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery and/or if stated in the ad.
