Allows mounting of a Gentex Auto-Dimming Mirror

 in vehicles that have a Cam-Lock mirror mount

 

This is the Cam-Lock adapter used to allow Cam-Lock equipped vehicles to use a Gentex Wedge Mount Mirror.

This adapter will mount over the top of your vehicles Cam-Lock mirror mount and provide a Wedge Mount for your Gentex mirror. It also has a slot in the top that will accept the plastic wire cover used to hide the mirrors wire harness. The wire harness runs from the vehicles headliner down to the mirror base and needs to be covered with a wire cover to provide a professional looking installation. 

 

Please beware that there are inferior Cam-Lock adapters available from other eBay sellers that do not allow the use of a wire cover leaving you with an inferior looking mirror installation.

 

 

The Cam-Lock Adapter pictured to the left is available to mount a Gentex mirror into a Cam-Lock equipped vehicle. The pictures below also show what the mirror looks like attached to the adapter.

There are also pictures of a completed mirror installation using a Cam-Lock Adapter and Wire Cover in a 2005 Honda Accord. The mirror in the Accord has been rotated out of the way to give a better view of the finished Cam-Lock Adapter and Wire Cover installation.  (Wire Cover sold seperately)
