  • New Jersey residents must pay 7.0% sales tax.

• Auction Terms

  • As soon as an item is shipped, the buyer will receive a notification email.

  • Most items will be shipped within two business days, however please allow all items up to 4 business days (Monday - Friday) from the purchase time to be shipped. We are unable to ship on the weekends and on holidays. 

  • International customers are responsible for custom charges.

• *Lifetime Guarantee

  • DAV Electronics guarantees our 12 volt LED's against defects for the life of the LED, however guarantee will not apply to LED's that have been improperly installed or damaged by the customer.  Defective LED's are to be returned to us for inspection.  If we deem that the LED's have malfunctioned due to a defect in manufacturing, we will replace them for free with the same color.  If color is no longer available, you will receive the closest replacement.  Shipping on replacement LED's is free for the first year from time of purchase.  After a period of one year, we will charge a S/H/Insurance fee of $3.00 per instance before we ship the replacements.

  • All items are shipped USPS unless otherwise noted, and are shipped once payment is verified. Please check auction for shipping rates.**Policy For USA Shipments -- Please read before bidding:   If you are choosing USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail, we are not responsible if you experience slow delivery time.  We do our best to ship all orders out as quickly as possible, however, we cannot control the length of time the US Postal Service takes to deliver your order.  Therefore, if USPS takes longer than normal to deliver your order, please do not leave us negative or neutral feedback, as we cannot control time of delivery.   Although most orders are delivered within 1-14 business days, USPS allows up to 30 days for delivery before they deem the package lost.  The majority of our products have an insurance fee already factored into the postage for your protection against lost packages.  If USPS loses your package, we will happily reship your order no sooner than 30 days after the original date of shipment, as we have to wait 30 days before USPS will refund us for the insured amount.

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of the date item is delivered to you.

  • Return shipping costs is the buyer's responsibility.

  • All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable.

• Exchanges

  • Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of the date received.

  • Items must be shipped back the way they were received, including all accessories.
