The fender itself has never been on the road.  It was taken off the bike and placed in the show room from the Harley Dealer. 

You will have to use your existing hardware to attach this fender to your motorcycle.

I bought this fender and the rest of a full set from the dealer and only used the tank and front fender from the set. 

So, I'm now selling just this rear fender.  The dealer is the one who told me that the fender had never been on the road and from the looks of it I'd have to agree.

I will ship within the next business of payment received and sometimes the same day depending on when payment is received and cleared.  The rear fender will ship via United States Postal Service by calculated shipping costs.  You will get the package 2-9 business days.  Time for delivery depends on if the buyer chooses to ship Parcel Post or Priority Mail.   Seller ships same day or next business day, depending on when payment clears.  There will be an extra cost for insurance which is an optional buyer's cost.  A Delivery Confirmation Number will b eplaced on package when shipped.  An email to the buyer containing that number will be sent when package is shipped. 

As payment, I prefer Paypal payments.
