COMBINED SHIPPING!!

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF COMBINED SHIPPING FOR TWO OR MORE PURCHASES AND SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS!! IF YOU ARE PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM, PLEASE WAIT TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS UNTIL YOU ARE FINISHED WITH YOUR PURCHASES FROM KLASS KATS HIDDEN LOFT.  COMMUNICATION WITH SELLER IS IMPORTANT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR OTHER AUCTIONS TO END, AND A TIME FRAME YOU HAVE IN MIND.  DOING SO WILL ELIMINATE NEEDLESS INVOICES BEING SENT TO YOU, OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.  The maximum time frame for combined shipping purchases is 7 days.  After 7 days, all previously purchased items must be paid for.  If you are continuing to make purchases after 7 business days from your first purchase, your items may still be shipped together, and shipping costs can be adjusted accordingly.  Again, communication with the seller is key.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 5 days after end of auction, with the exception of multiple purchases, see above.

Buyer to pay all shipping costs.

Shipping is not refundable.

SHIPPING 

Items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested before payment is made. Seller will not guarantee condition or arrival of item without the purchase of shipping insurance or delivery confirmation.  Please note that shipping insurance only covers item if it is lost or damaged by the PO.  Insurance does not provide a tracking number, if a tracking number is desired, add .95 cents to your order and inform seller prior to making payment.   Shiping is usually done on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays, but this can vary.  If multiple items are purchased, please wait until a combined invoice is sent.  If you are bidding from outside the USA, please check your shipping fees prior to winning a bid!  Just send me and email and I will get an amount for you!

Please allow 3 business days handling time.

Refunds and FEEDBACK

Refunds are gladly accepted if we have made a mistake.  Item must be returned in exact same condition as it was sold.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.  Please have the courtesy to contact me if there are any problems with your purchase and BEFORE leaving negative feedback.  I will make every attempt to resolve any issues to both our satisfaction!! It's that easy!
