Please do not rely on the Ebay shipping calculator.  We have found it to be very inaccurate at most times.  Use it for getting only an approximate amount. If you have any questions, please email or call us. If you are the winner of the auction, DO NOT pay until you recieve an invoice from us because of the inaccuracy of the Ebay calculator.  On our invoice, the shipping could be higher, it could be lower, than what the Ebay calculator shows.  We charge only the actual charges quoted to us by the shipper.

Also want to say that we are only human.  Sometimes we do make minor mistakes in a description.  If you see a mistake, please let us know.  If for some reason you are not satisfied, please give us a chance to make things right.  If we have the same item of equal or greater value we will happily do an exchange.  If we do not have the same item we will gladly exchange for another item of equal or greater value. If that is not satisfactory we will gladly refund your purchase price.  Customer satisfaction is our greatest priority.  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  However, you must be sure before bidding that this item will fit the make and model of your car.  Examine all photos, ask questions.  We can only identify in most cases by make, not by model.  Unless the description identifies an exact model, and not just make, we cannot be responsible for an item not fitting your model of auto.

Shipping Insurance is required on all items over $50.00

We ship all items via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or if the shipper does not deliver to the buyers location. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

We ship only twice a week now due to the rural location of our warehouse.  We can expedite shipping only upon special request and may require payment of a small fee.  Fee is determined by cost of item purchased and shipping method and is quoted upon request prior to close of auction but is normally no more that $2.99.  We can only accept expedited shipping requests prior to payment being made after close of the aucton or before close of auction.  We hope that this policy will be only temporary and will be terminated once volume of sales pick up and we can begin shipping again on a daily basis.

We are required to collect sales tax on all items purchased by Colorado residents within the state.
