Payment is DUE 3 days after auction closes. We ONLY accept payment via PayPal, no checks or money orders allowed.
Sales Tax
California residents are required to pay 9.25% sales tax.
Checkout Procedures
Email Confirmation. After winning an eBay auction, HKS Outlet will send you a confirmation e-mail containing your eBay item number, the product name, auction end date and your winning bid. Please access the secure link included in this email to complete your transaction. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win, please contact us at hksoutlet@hksusa.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid. Note: This email will be sent to the email address we receive from eBay. We are unable to change an email address during the processing of your winning bid.
Order Processing
Once payment is received your order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days.
Shipping & Handling
International customers and any areas outside of the Continental USA please contact us for shipping quotes. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska costs $215.00.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to government and manufacturer restrictions, we can only ship to the United States. However, for international customers please contact us for more shipping info. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.
HKS Outlet Return Policy
All sales are final and no return will be accepted under any circumstances.
HKS Product Inquiries
HKS Outlet is for products that are discontinued, blemished, used samples, and display items. All other inquiries for current products found on any HKS website must be through an authorized HKS dealer. HKS inquiries through the eBay message system must be for listed auction items only. HKS will not reply to questions unrelated to the items that are listed.

Automatic Information

To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from the HKS Outlet, if your computer supports such capabilities. Does HKS Outlet Share Information You Give Us?

Information Security
- We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
- We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
- It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Children
HKS Outlet does not sell products for purchase by children. We do sell certain children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the HKS Outlet only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
If you choose to visit HKS Outlet, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and HKS Outket's Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California. If you have any concern about privacy at HKS Outlet, please send us a thorough description to hksoutlet@hksusa.com and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly. This Notice and HKS Outlet's Conditions of Use will change also, and use of information that we gather now is subject to the Privacy Notice in effect at the time of use.
