Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase. Exhanges- items that are exhanged are not subject to a restock and may be exhanged for any product of equal value. Returns for refund-All returns must be in the original package in "new" condition. Any item shiped back to us damaged or scratched in installation will not be accepted. All returns for refund are subject to a 20% restock fee. Damaged in shipping- When a package is recieved damaged, the carrier needs to be notified asap. We will file the claim with the carrier and send out another one. All returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a fee.
