Auction Information

• Minutes after you make your purchase we will automatically email you detailed information on how to process your order. This email will be sent to the email address that you have registered with eBay. This email will provide you with detailed information on how to process your order.
• If you have not received the 'payment instructions' email from us, please notify us. Please make sure to double check all or any email filters in your email software and/or from your email service provider.
• Please do not bid or do a "buy it now" if you are not planning to pay!
• We do combine shipping. Please purchase all items and we will then send you an invoice with discounted shipping after the auction.

Payment Information

• Payment Options: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, over the phone.
• We accept Paypal payments or Credit Cards over the phone.
• Sales Tax: We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax for shipments made within Texas.
• Payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. We will leave negative feedback for all non paying bidders.

Shipping Information

PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO SHIP THIS ITEM OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

• Shipping Options: We use UPS Ground shipping for all orders. Most orders are processed the next business day after we receive payment.
• We do not ship to APO's, FPO's, or P.O. Boxes.
• If your item will take longer to ship than expected, you will be notified via e-mail the day after the auction closes.

Return Policy

• Return Exchange Policy: We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 30 business days.
• How Returns Work: Please email us immediately. If the item is damaged we will file a claim with UPS and send you a replacement right away.
• All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
• Return Procedure: To return a part that you purchased from us please e-mail us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and e-mail address that you placed you order with along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions in approximately 1-2 business days. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 3-4 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
