PAYMENT

• Payment must be received within 7 days
• We prefer PAYPAL, but will accept all major credit cards. 
• If you come to pick up the item or it is shipped anywhere in Arkansas, you will be subject to any applicable state sales tax.

SHIPPING

• Shipping prices figured for 48 states.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.
• We ship Fed Ex ground unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to bidding.
• You must have a street address, NO PO BOXES!
  Orders processed and shipped within 5business days
• You will receive an e-mail notification of shipment

RETURNS

We will accept returns if all the below apply:

• The items is received back in the same condition it was shipped out in
• The item is shipped back within 7 days of receipt
  You understand we are not responsible for shipping and insurance both ways.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING!
• If damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 7 days in order to file a claim w/ UPS.
  
  
• IF YOU HAVE AN PROBLEM WITH ANY ITEM THAT YOU PURCHASE, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL BEFORE LEAVING NEGITIVE FEEDBACK. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.
