This new Rincon power tip / exhaust mod replaces the restrictive 1" stock tailpipe with a full stainless steel 2" tailpipe.  It will fit all year Rincons 650 AND 700 2003-2009.  

 It increases power and produces a deep throaty sound. This mod really helps if you already have a jet kit installed but can be used without. You may need to rejet if you don't use a dyno-jet kit.  This only applies to the 2003-2005 models.  As for the Rincon 700 with fuel injection, the computer will compensate for the mod change.  I do make exhaust mods for all years Honda Foreman 500 and Rubicon 500,  please email if interested.

 This mod is routed just like the stock endcap so the exhaust escapes like it should out the back of the ATV. (THE EXHAUST IS DIRECTED AWAY WITH AN ANGLE, BEWARE OF TIPS THAT COME STRAIGHT OUT, THEY MELT YOUR RINCON PLASTIC). 

 Flange is precision laser cut for an exact fit. Professionally tig welded for a perfect seal. Bolts on using your (3) 8mm original bolts. This can be bolted on the back of your muffler in minutes. The spark arrestor will be eliminated with this mod.
