3.0mm HIGH IMPACT ACRYLIC. High impact acrylic merges the crystal clarity of acrylic with an impressive impact resistance. A standardized plastic test (IZOD TEST) compared standard acrylic to high impact acrylic: Standard acrylic breaks at 1.5 foot pounds, while high impact acrylic can withstand up to 8 foot pounds. National Cycle uses the best material for each product design and price range.

NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be relisted after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days.

Payment Instructions:
After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options:

• Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
   
• Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now  eBay will send you an e-mail to your eBay-registered e-mail address. The message will contain a link to PayPal, where you will be able conveniently pay for your purchase. 
   
• Combined Shipping: Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to weight, fragility or if item is shipped by one of our third party partners. Send Invoice Request after auction and wait for new invoice.

Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped by UPS with in 48 hours after payment is received. Shipping rates are for the continental 48 states. Shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, US territories, would be higher than rates quoted. Please contact our customer service dept for actual shipping rates.

• Insurance  is optional, but we recommend it. We take great pride in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. However, when the items leaves our warehouse, we have no control on what happens to it.  We offer insurance with all our items and recommend that you take the insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
• Please allow up to 2 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
• We only deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico by US Priority Mail.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes will be added to shipments within the state of FL.
Sales tax is calculated on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, plus shipping and insurance charges.

Basic Return Policy
We will accept authorized returns on merchandise based on the following Conditions

• Product must be in original (new) condition (no signs of use, scratches, gouges, etc).
• products must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
• Product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means”
• All included items and hardware must be returned.
• Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned in like fashion
• RMA Number must be visible on the OUTER SHIPPING BOX, NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX.
• You are responsible for products damaged during the return shipping.
• Items not in compliance with return policy will not be refunded.

Refund Policy: Authorized Returns of unopened merchandise within 14 days of receipt

• refunded for the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition in its original packaging.

Authorized Returns of opened merchandise within 14 days of receipt

• If item is received defective or in error. Refund or exchange for the full amount of the merchandise and shipping costs.

All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You will not be refunded if product is returned in damaged condition. Even if the damage occurred during return shipping (Insure Your Packages).

Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of an RMA being issued and will not be accepted after that. After 14 days, the RMA# is deemed expired and the item are no longer viable for return or for credit.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is received defective or in error.
